A wine-growing region and secondary port to the north-east of Amber city. It is controlled by the powerful House Bayle.
The rolling plains and hills of the region are bordered by Forest Arden in the west and the ocean to the east. The approach to Amber City from here is usually only made by boat, as Arden is too thickly wooded to allow the passage of anything larger than single horses, and the northern slope of Mt Kolvir is precipitous. It is possible to ride through Arden to the pass at Jones Falls, but the route is not recommended.
Baylesport, which gives the entire region its name, is Amber’s second trading port.
Castillo Sembrador is the seat of House Bayle. It is located a few miles inland from the port.
